We don't ship anything. There's no packaging, no tracking number, no delivery window and no shipping cost — ever, anywhere in the world.
How you receive your purchase
After checkout you'll receive an email containing a download link, normally within a couple of minutes. Your files are PDFs. They open on any phone, tablet or computer without special software, and they print on standard paper.
If your download doesn't arrive
- Check your spam and promotions folders — automated emails often land there.
- Confirm the email address you entered at checkout was correct.
- Email onlinepdfstores@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send the file directly.
We'd rather you email us once than sit there assuming you've lost your money.
Refunds
If a guide isn't what you needed, email us within 30 days for a full refund. No explanation required, and you keep the file.
International customers
Digital downloads are available worldwide with no shipping fees, no customs and no delays. Prices are shown in USD.
Taxes
Depending on where you live, digital goods may be subject to VAT, GST or local sales tax. Any applicable tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
