We make short, practical guides for problems that don't come with instructions.

The idea is simple. When something hard happens, what you find online is usually either a video too short to actually help, or a course that costs more than the problem does. We wanted to make the thing in between — one real problem, covered properly, start to finish, for about the price of lunch.

A few things we care about:

Being useful beats sounding impressive. Our guides have real scripts you can borrow, worksheets you can fill in, and numbers you can check.

We'll tell you when a guide isn't enough. Every one of ours ends by pointing you toward real help — a doctor, a counsellor, a helpline, a credit counsellor. We'd rather lose a sale than have someone lean on a PDF when what they need is a person.

If it didn't help, we'll give you your money back. Email us within 30 days. You don't have to explain, and you keep the file.
